Requires a school district to provide the name of the teacher of a driver education course to the Secretary of State and the State Superintendent of Education. Requires the Secretary of State to inform the State Superintendent of Education if the teacher's driver's license has been suspended or revoked within 5 business days after the suspension or revocation. Requires the State Superintendent of Education to inform the school district of the suspension or revocation as soon as practical after receiving this information.
