        Amends  the  Illinois  Insurance  Code,  the  Health  Maintenance      
   Organization  Act,  and  the  Voluntary  Health  Services  Plans  Act.      
   Requires coverages under those Acts to include benefits for outpatient      
   prescription  contraceptive   drugs   and   devices   and   outpatient      
   contraceptive services.
