WOJCIK, LYONS,EILEEN, FOWLER AND FORBY. 225 ILCS 10/4.5 new Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that a foster parent shall submit to drug testing in a manner established by the Department (i) before obtaining a license to operate a foster family home, (ii) before each child is placed within the foster family home, and (iii) randomly after a child is placed within the foster family home.
