1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Joseph Charles Vinopal, formerly of Downers Grove, who
5 passed away on January 8, 2002; and
6 WHEREAS, Joseph Charles Vinopal was born on February 17,
7 1959 to James and Helen Vinopal; and
8 WHEREAS, A graduate of Downers Grove South High School,
9 Mr. Vinopal served in the United States Army; he was
10 previously employed as a union construction worker; and
11 WHEREAS, Joseph Vinopal will be best remembered for his
12 strong love for and dedication to his family; and
13 WHEREAS, The passing of Joseph Charles Vinopal will be
14 deeply felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his
15 wife, Jannine; his children, JoEllen, Anna, Lauren, Danielle,
16 Jacklyn, and Robert; his stepchildren, Jeff, Amanda, Kristin,
17 Julie, and Ryan; his parents, James and Helen; and his
18 brothers, James Jr. and William; therefore, be it
19 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
20 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
21 all who knew him, the death of Joseph Charles Vinopal
22 formerly of Downers Grove, Illinois; and be it further
23 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
24 presented to the family of Joseph Charles Vinopal with our
25 sincere condolences.
