1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Beverly Noreene Halpern, who recently passed away; and
5 WHEREAS, Beverly Halpern was the daughter of the late
6 Nathan and Anna Mae Pector, and she was the wife to the late
7 Gerald Halpern; and
8 WHEREAS, Mrs. Halpern was a retired Cook County Sheriff's
9 Deputy; and
10 WHEREAS, The passing of Beverly Noreene Halpern will be
11 deeply felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her
12 children, Natalie and Sgt. Charles Halpern; her sisters,
13 Marilyn Miller and Lenore Jacobson; and her niece, Elissa
14 Miller; therefore, be it
15 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
16 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
17 all who knew her, the death of Beverly Halpern of Chicago,
18 Illinois; and be it further
19 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
20 presented to the family of Beverly Halpern with our sincere
21 condolences.
