1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for costs
7 associated with the eradication of West Nile virus in
8 Illinois.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming law.
