1 AN ACT making appropriations and reappropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $81,390,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University
7 for any expenditures or purposes authorized by law, including
8 payment to the University for personal services and related
9 costs incurred during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2003
10 and for salaries accrued but unpaid to academic personnel for
11 personal services rendered during the academic year
12 2001-2002.
13 Section 10. The sum of $14,394,700, or so much thereof
14 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education
15 Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State
16 University for any expenditures or purposes authorized by
17 law, including payment to the University for personal
18 services and related costs incurred during the fiscal year
19 ending June 30, 2003 and for salaries accrued but unpaid to
20 academic personnel for personal services rendered during the
21 academic year 2001-2002.
22 Section 15. The sum of $6,390, or so much thereof as may
23 be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business
24 on June 30, 2002, from a reappropriation heretofore made for
25 that purpose in Article 9, Section 20 of Public Act 92-8, is
26 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Board
27 of Trustees of Illinois State University for technology
28 infrastructure improvements at Illinois State University.
29 Section 20. The sum of $45,350, or so much thereof as

1 may be necessary, is appropriated from the State College and
2 University Trust Fund to Illinois State University for
3 student financial assistance.
4 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
5 July 1, 2002.
