 1        AN ACT in relation to certain land.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  Upon the payment of the sum of $12,000.00 to
 5    the State of Illinois, the rights  or  easements  of  access,
 6    crossing, light, air and view from, to and over the following
 7    described  line and FAP Route 12 (US 40) are restored subject
 8    to permit requirements of the State of  Illinois,  Department
 9    of Transportation.

10    Parcel No. 800XA86
11        A  line in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
12        of Section 14, Township 5 North,  Range  3  West  of  the
13        Third  Principal  Meridian,  Bond  County, Illinois, more
14        particularly described as follows:
15        Commencing at a stone at the south quarter corner of said
16        Section 14; thence on an  assumed  bearing  of  South  88
17        degrees  45  minutes 55 seconds West on the south line of
18        said Section 14, a distance of 700.38  feet  to  an  iron
19        rod;  thence  North 01 degree 45 minutes 03 seconds West,
20        576.33 feet to an iron rod on the south right of way line
21        of old U.S. Route 40, also being the Point of Beginning.
22        From said Point of Beginning; thence North 63 degrees  47
23        minutes 57 seconds East on said right of way line, 564.92
24        feet to an iron rod, being the point of terminus.

25        Section 900. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain
26    a  certified  copy of the portions of this Act containing the
27    title, enacting clause, the effective date,  the  appropriate
28    Section  or  Sections containing the land descriptions of the
29    property to be transferred or otherwise  affected,  and  this
30    Section  within  60  days  after its effective date and, upon
31    receipt of payment required by the Section  or  Sections,  if

 1    any  payment is required, shall record the certified document
 2    in the Recorder's Office in the  county  which  the  land  is
 3    located.

 4        Section 999.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 5    becoming law.
