1 AN ACT to amend "An Act concerning underground utilities
2 facilities damage prevention", P.A. 92-179.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. "An Act concerning underground utilities
6 facilities damage prevention", P.A. 92-179, is amended by
7 changing Section 99 as follows:
8 (Public Act 92-179, Sec. 99)
9 Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
10 2003 2002.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
12 June 28, 2002.
