1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1953
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1953 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 33, by inserting the following:
4 "Beginning with the 2004-2005 academic year, a preservice
5 education teacher may not student teach until he or she has
6 passed the subject matter test in the discipline in which he
7 or she will student teach.".
