1 AN ACT in relation to housing.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Federally Subsidized Housing Preservation
5 Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (310 ILCS 60/1) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 1151)
7 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as the Federally Subsidized Housing Preservation Act.
