1 AN ACT in relation to highways.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by adding
5 Section 3-105.2 as follows:
6 (605 ILCS 5/3-105.2 new)
7 Sec. 3-105.2. Allocation of federal moneys; toll highways
8 included. The Department shall allocate among the Department
9 of Transportation districts of this State the amounts
10 received from the federal government for aid in the
11 construction and maintenance of highways. The amount
12 allocated to a county shall be in the proportion which the
13 total mileage of State highways in the district, including
14 toll highways, bears to the total mileage of all State
15 highways in the State, including toll highways.
