1 AN ACT in relation to taxes.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by
5 changing Section 101 as follows:
6 (35 ILCS 5/101) (from Ch. 120, par. 1-101)
7 Sec. 101. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
8 be cited as the "Illinois Income Tax Act."

10 Section 10. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
11 Section 1-155 as follows:
12 (35 ILCS 200/1-155)
13 Sec. 1-155. Year. "Year", when used in this Code, with
14 reference to taxes of or for a year, means a calendar year.
