1 AN ACT concerning employee benefits.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Medical Care Savings Account Act of 2000
5 is amended by changing Section 3 as follows:
6 (820 ILCS 153/3)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)
8 Sec. 3. Programs under prior Act. Programs established
9 under the Medical Care Savings Account Act are subject to and
10 shall be governed by this Act.
