1 AN ACT concerning land use.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Counties Code is amended by changing
5 Section 5-14005 as follows:
6 (55 ILCS 5/5-14005) (from Ch. 34, par. 5-14005)
7 Sec. 5-14005. Coordination of plans. The county planning
8 commission or regional planning commissions created under the
9 provisions of this Division shall encourage the cooperation
10 of the political subdivisions within their respective
11 territories in any matters whatsoever that which may concern
12 the county or regional plan or maps prepared by the such
13 commission as an aid toward coordination of municipal plans
14 with county and regional plans.
