1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 405
2 AMENDMENT NO. _______. Amend Senate Bill 405, on page 6,
3 by replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following:
4 "All referenda shall be by secret ballot. Voting shall
5 be by mailed ballot. No less than 14 calendar days shall be
6 allowed for"; and
7 on page 6, by replacing lines 18 through 21 with the
8 following:
9 "The ballots shall be returned to the Illinois Department
10 of Agriculture. Such ballots shall be returned or delivered
11 to the Department no later than the date for the conclusion
12 of"; and
13 on page 10, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the
14 following:
15 "marketing program.".
