1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 377
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 377 on page 8, by
3 replacing lines 1 through 6 with the following:
4 "kindergarten and grades 1 through 12."; and
5 on page 8, by replacing lines 15 through 19 with the
6 following:
7 "basis of 1/6 day for every class hour of instruction of
8 40 minutes or more attended pursuant to such enrollment,
9 unless a pupil is enrolled in a block-schedule format of
10 80 minutes or more of instruction, in which case the
11 pupil may be counted on the basis of the proportion of
12 minutes of school work completed each day to the minimum
13 number of minutes that school work is required to be held
14 that day".
