1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 372
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 372 on page 8,
3 after line 26, by inserting the following:
4 "(e) This Section shall apply only to those electrical
5 generating units that are subject to the provisions of
6 Subpart W of Part 217 of Title 35 of the Illinois
7 Administrative Code, as promulgated by the Illinois Pollution
8 Control Board on December 21, 2000.".
