1 AN ACT making supplemental appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. An Act making appropriations and
5 reappropriations," Public Act 91-708, approved May 17, 2000,
6 is amended by changing Section 18 of Article 1 as follows:
7 (P.A. 91-708, Art. 1, Sec. 18)
8 Sec. 18. The following named amounts, or so much
9 thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the
10 Capital Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for
11 the Illinois Community College Board for the projects
12 hereinafter enumerated:
13 STATEWIDE
14 For miscellaneous capital improvements
15 including construction, capital facilities,
16 cost of planning, supplies, equipment,
17 materials, services and all other expenses
18 required to complete the work at the
19 various community colleges. This appropriated
20 amount shall be in addition to any other
21 appropriated amounts which can be
22 expended for these purposes ................$ 5,791,600

26 CITY COLLEGES OF CHICAGO - MALCOLM X COLLEGE
27 For remodeling the Allied Health

8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
