1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 104
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 104 as follows:
3 on page 2, by replacing line 8 with the following:
4 "this Act, provided, however, that a petition shall not be
5 authorized under this Act for the mining and removal of coal
6 by the surface method of mining unless all of the owners of
7 the surface consent to the mining and removal of coal by the
8 surface method of mining.".
