1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, House Resolution 207 was adopted by the House of
3 Representatives of the 92nd General Assembly on May 23, 2001;
4 and
5 WHEREAS, House Resolution 207 created the Comprehensive
6 Anticipatory Design Science Study Commission to study and
7 report on the benefits, application, and creation of
8 3-dimensional high-technology communities in Illinois and
9 required the Commission to make its report to the General
10 Assembly on or before January 15, 2002; and
11 WHEREAS, More time is needed to prepare and file this
12 report; therefore, be it
13 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
14 NINETY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
15 the Comprehensive Anticipatory Design Science Study
16 Commission shall make a report of its findings to the General
17 Assembly on or before March 31, 2003 that was required to be
18 compiled under House Resolution 207 of the 92nd General
19 Assembly; and be it further
20 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
21 delivered to the Comprehensive Anticipatory Design Science
22 Study Commission.
