1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to express their sincere condolences to
4 the family and friends of Dudley Henry, who passed away on
5 March 11, 2001; and
6 WHEREAS, Dudley Henry was born on August 13, 1944 in
7 Centralia, Illinois to Ross and Bessie Henry; and
8 WHEREAS, Dudley Henry was retired from the Centralia
9 Police Department; he was a member of Calumet Street
10 Christian Church, a past exalter ruler for the Elks 493, a
11 member of the Centralia Lodge 201 Ancient Free and Accepted
12 Masons, and a member of Bears Local 1; and
13 WHEREAS, The passing of Dudley Henry will be deeply felt
14 by all who knew and loved him, especially his wife, Patti;
15 his son, Chad Henry; his brother, Myron (wife, Ruby) Henry;
16 his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Vernon and Doris
17 Garrison; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Linda
18 Garrison, Mike and Sue Hoyt, and Helen Henry; his nieces and
19 nephews; and his special companion, Maddie; therefore, be it
20 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
21 NINETY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
22 we mourn, along with all who knew him, the death of Dudley
23 Henry of Centralia, Illinois; and be it further
24 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
25 presented to the family of Dudley Henry with our sincere
26 condolences.
