1 AN ACT in relation to alcoholic liquor.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 (235 ILCS 5/1-3.38 new)
5 Sec. 1-3.38. "School" means any public, nonpublic, or
6 private preschool, day care center, kindergarten, nursery,
7 elementary or secondary educational institution, vocational
8 school, special education facility, or any other elementary
9 or secondary educational agency or institution.
