1 AN ACT concerning municipal airports.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 (65 ILCS 5/11-102-4 rep.)
5 Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by
6 repealing Section 11-102-4.
7 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.
