1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5937
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 5937 on page 3 by
3 replacing lines 23 and 24 with the following:
4 "performance measures for State programs. The Bureau, in
5 cooperation with"; and
6 on page 3 by replacing line 32 with the following:
7 "out their duties. The Bureau shall consult with the Illinois
8 Economic and Fiscal Commission to determine how program goals
9 and performance measures can be presented clearly and
10 succinctly to assist the General Assembly and the public in
11 reviewing the State budget."; and
12 on page 4, line 14, by changing "develop" to "advise the
13 Bureau of the Budget and State agencies in developing and
14 presenting".
