1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1,500,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for the operation of
7 the Prevention of Unnecessary Institutionalization program
8 under the Prevention of Unnecessary Institutionalization Act.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 2002.
