1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5848
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 5848, on page 1,
3 after line 18, by inserting the following:
4 "The self-service restrictions described in this Section
5 shall not apply to a retail tobacco store that (i) derives at
6 least 90% of its revenue from tobacco and tobacco related
7 products; (ii) does not permit persons under the age of 18 to
8 enter the premises; and (iii) posts a sign on the main
9 entrance way stating that persons under the age of 18 are
10 prohibited from entering.".
