1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $16,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the
7 purpose of funding a 15% increase in the rate paid by the
8 Department for home day care services for children.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
10 1, 2002.
