1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated to the State Board of
6 Education to implement a mentoring and induction program for
7 new teachers employed in schools on the academic watch list.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
9 1, 2002.
