1 AN ACT in relation to public health.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Health Statistics Act is amended
5 by changing Section 7 as follows:
6 (410 ILCS 520/7) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 5607)
7 Sec. 7. Rules. The Department may promulgate such
8 reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry
9 out the provisions of this Act.
