2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4938 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following:
4 "Act. Reports of impaired physicians under Section 16.04 of
5 the Medical Practice Act or Section 23 of the Medical
6 Practice Act of 1987 are not included within the definition
7 of records as used in this Act.".
