1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4926
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4926 as follows:
3 on page 2, by replacing line 28 with the following:
4 "is a Class X felony. A violation of subsection (a)(1) is a
5 Class X felony for which 10 years shall be added to the term
6 of imprisonment imposed by the court. A violation of
7 subsection".
