1 AN ACT in relation to aging.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Elder Abuse Demonstration Project Act is
5 amended by changing Section 7 as follows:
6 (320 ILCS 15/7) (from Ch. 23, par. 6507)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2002)
8 Sec. 7. Rules. The Department is authorized, empowered
9 and directed to adopt such rules and regulations as may be
10 necessary to carry out the intent and purposes of this Act.
