1 AN ACT in relation to arbitration proceedings.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Labor Arbitration Services Act is
5 amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
6 (710 ILCS 10/2) (from Ch. 48, par. 2302)
7 Sec. 2. All arbitration proceedings conducted by
8 Department of Labor arbitrators under pursuant to this Act
9 are shall be subject to the provisions of the Uniform
10 Arbitration Act.
