1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4357
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4357 on page 7,
3 line 26, by changing "Director;" to "Director;"; and
4 on page 7 by deleting lines 27, 28, and 29; and
5 on page 8 by replacing lines 19, 20, and 21 with the
6 following:
7 "members" shall mean those members who make less than 80% of
8 the average for all wage earners as established by the Bureau
9 of Labor Statistics or those members whose annual household
10 income falls at or below 80% of the median household income
11 for the nation as established by the Census Bureau the lower
12 level standard of living classification"; and
13 on page 9 by replacing lines 11, 12, and 13 with the
14 following:
15 "associations, clubs, and partnerships, corporations, and
16 limited liability companies in which the majority of the
17 members, partners, or shareholders"; and
18 on page 16 by deleting lines 29, 30, and 31.
