1 AN ACT in relation to housing.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Manufactured Home Quality Assurance Act
5 is amended by changing Section 20 as follows:
6 (430 ILCS 117/20)
7 Sec. 20. Manufacturer's licenses; fees. No manufacturer
8 may sell a manufactured home that is to be installed in this
9 the State of Illinois unless the Department has issued to
10 that person a license under this Section. Each manufacturer's
11 license issued or renewed is valid until December 31 of the
12 year it was issued or renewed. The fee for the issuance and
13 renewal of a manufacturer's license is $500 per year.
