1 AN ACT in relation to housing.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Manufactured Home Quality Assurance Act
5 is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
6 (430 ILCS 117/5)
7 Sec. 5. Purpose. The purpose of this Act is to ensure
8 that the people of this the State of Illinois who purchase
9 manufactured homes receive a quality product and quality
10 installation.
