1 AN ACT in relation to civil procedure.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
5 changing Section 7-112 as follows:
6 (735 ILCS 5/7-112) (from Ch. 110, par. 7-112)
7 Sec. 7-112. Construction of Article. The right to take
8 possession and title before prior to the final judgment as
9 prescribed in Sections 7-103 through to 7-111 of this Code
10 Act shall be in addition to any other right, power, or
11 authority otherwise conferred by law, and shall not be
12 construed as abrogating, limiting, or modifying any such
13 other right, power, or authority.
