1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3714
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3714 as follows:
3 by replacing lines 26 through 31 on page 1 and line 1 on page
4 2 with the following:
5 "towels and medical and dental care. The Department may not
6 enter into a contract with a private vendor to provide food
7 or commissary services for institutions or facilities of the
8 Department. For purposes of this subsection (d), "private
9 vendor" means a vendor that is not the State of Illinois.
10 This amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly is
11 declarative of existing law as it is expressed in the Private
12 Correctional Facility Moratorium Act.".
