1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. "An Act making appropriations", approved June
5 11, 2001, Public Act 92-8, is amended by adding Section 45.5
6 to Article 40 as follows:
7 (P.A. 92-8, Art. 40, Sec. 45.5 new)
8 Sec. 45.5. The sum of $4,500,000, or so much thereof as
9 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
10 Fund to the Department of Human Services for youth
11 homelessness.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.
