1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $4,800,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated for fiscal year
6 2002 from the Statewide Economic Development Fund to the
7 Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for a grant to
8 the Village of Manhattan for all costs associated with a
9 sewage treatment plant project and a water main replacement
10 project.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
