1 AN ACT in relation to public health.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act is
5 amended by adding Section 3.1-1 as follows:
6 (410 ILCS 620/3.1-1 new)
7 Sec. 3.1-1. Animal feed or supplement containing
8 virginiamycin or avaparcin. The manufacture, sale, delivery,
9 holding, or offering for sale of any animal feed or
10 supplement treated or coated with or otherwise containing
11 virginiamycin or avaparcin.
