 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3319

 2        AMENDMENT NO. _______.  Amend House Bill 3319, on page 4,
 3    immediately below line 5, by inserting the following:

 4        "Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 5    becoming law.".
