2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3037 on page 1,
3 lines 18 and 19, by replacing "Section 5-25025" with
4 "Sections 5-25010 and 5-25025"; and
5 on page 1, line 19, after "Code", by inserting "that are
6 allocated for mental health and developmental disabilities
7 purposes"; and
8 on page 1, lines 29 and 30, by replacing "Section 5-25025"
9 with "Sections 5-25010 and 5-25025"; and
10 on page 2, line 8, after "Code", by inserting "and providing
11 mental health and developmental disability services with
12 funds collected under Section 5-25010 of the Counties Code";
13 and
14 on page 2, line 13, by replacing "Section 5-25025" with
15 "Sections 5-25010 and 5-25025"; and
16 on page 2, line 14, after "Code", by inserting "that are
17 allocated for mental health and developmental disabilities
18 purposes"; and
19 on page 2, lines 26 and 27, by replacing "Section 5-25025"
20 with "Sections 5-25010 or 5-25025".
