2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3011 on page 1,
3 line 12, before the period, by inserting the following:
4 ", except that "vendor" does not mean a facility licensed
5 under the Nursing Home Care Act as a skilled or intermediate
6 care facility, including an intermediate care facility for
7 the developmentally disabled".
