1 AN ACT in relation to business organizations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The General Not For Profit Corporation Act of
5 1986 is amended by changing Section 101.05 as follows:
6 (805 ILCS 105/101.05) (from Ch. 32, par. 101.05)
7 Sec. 101.05. Powers of Secretary of State. The
8 Secretary of State shall have the power and authority
9 reasonably necessary to administer this Act efficiently and
10 to perform the duties therein imposed in this Act.
