1 AN ACT in relation to transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing
5 Section 26 as follows:
6 (605 ILCS 10/26) (from Ch. 121, par. 100-26)
7 Sec. 26. Violation; penalty. Any person who violates
8 any resolution, rule or regulation, adopted or promulgated by
9 the Authority, pursuant to Section 10, paragraph (b) of this
10 Act, shall be guilty of a petty offense.
