1 AN ACT in relation to environmental safety.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended
5 by changing Section 57.3 as follows:
6 (415 ILCS 5/57.3)
7 Sec. 57.3. Underground Storage Tank Program. The General
8 Assembly hereby establishes the Illinois Leaking Underground
9 Storage Tank Program (LUST Program). The LUST Program shall
10 be administered by the Office of the State Fire Marshal and
11 by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
