1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2556
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2556 on page 14 by
3 inserting immediately below line 32 the following:
4 "(5) Subsection (3) of this Section does not apply to a
5 domestic insurer if the ultimate controlling party of the
6 domestic insurer is a corporation whose equity securities or
7 equivalent instruments are listed on the New York Stock
8 Exchange.".
