 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2527,  on  page  2,
 3    line 4, by replacing "first $1,900,000" with "funds"; and

 4    on  page  2, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with "Hazardous Waste
 5    Fund. If a site is contiguous to"; and

 6    on page 2, line 33, by replacing "$1.05" with "one dollar and
 7    10.5 cents $1.05"; and

 8    on page 2, line 34, by replacing "$2.22" with "$2.34 $2.22".
